Thank you for visiting my web page! I'm currently enrolled in the MBA program of The University of Texas at Austin. I am a scholar of a joint scholarship program of The University of Texas and the German Government.

I was born and grew up in Munich (München), the capital city of the Free State of Bavaria (Freistaat Bayern), Germany. Visit the homepage of the "Weltstadt mit Herz", or enjoy some pictures to get a taste of the flavor of my home city.

Before I came to UT, I was practicing corporate and tax law as associate attorney in a smaller law firm in Munich, after I had obtained my law degree and Ph.D. in law from the University of Augsburg, Germany.

In my leisure time, I enjoy outdoor sports, in particular mountain biking, tennis and snowboarding. My home state Bavaria (Bayern), famous for her beautiful countrysides, old cities, castles, and more, offers great outdoor opportunities in the alpes. Augsburg, only 40 miles away from Munich and the home of my Alma Mater, is one of the oldest cities in Germany, dating back to the Old Romans. It has a lovely downtown with lots of historical and archeological sites. Take a little time to have a Virtual Sightseeing Tour through Augsburg.
